Our staff of 130 specialists is widely sought after in the Federal Republic when it comes to restoration and refurbishment work. Our multifaceted craftsmen and women have been involved in numerous restorations of significant monuments and historic buildings ranging from the Schweriner Palace in the federal court of Naumburg, to the Liebfrauenkirche and the Dompropstei in Halberstadt. We have also been involved in the restoration of numerous churches in Aschersleben, Wernigerode and Wittenberg.

Complete restorations of publicly and privately owned historic buildings represent the primary field of operation of our business due to the vast number of different skills we are able to bring to a project.

Partial projects such as roofing, facade rehabilitations, manufacture of new items, reconstruction of windows and doors and the reconditioning of furniture belong to the manifold responsibilities of the Werkstätten für Denkmalpflege.

Our main focus as a company is on competence, quality and reliability in all that we do. To achieve this end we place a high value on continued education, because we firmly believe that our most valuable capital is our people.
